Angular Condos, located at the corner of Broadview Avenue and ​Mortimer Avenue in Toronto, is a boutique mid-rise mixed-use ​condominium pushing the boundaries of modernity.

The seven-storey one-of-a-kind structure, boasts a unique angled modern ​design with cladding and glass, creating an eye-catching building that ​maximizes light within its interior spaces.

The building consists of 50 units, including 3 town homes with the latest ​in home and lifestyle technology, 4000 sq ft of commercial space on the ​ground level, as well as over 2000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor amenity ​space.

Bayview and Elgin Mills is a town home development part of a brand ​new 10 acre community in the northeast corner of Bayview and Elgin ​Mills, Toronto. This new community consists of two main residential ​condos and nine blocks of townhouses. These nine blocks of townhouses ​include a total of 48 suites. There are three construction phases to the ​project; phase 1 is the construction of the town homes.

Les Cabanes Resort is located in the city of Altea, Alicante, Spain. This ​privileged location, provides the guests to enjoy of breathtaking ​Mediterranean Sea views.

The resort will have 41 standard cabins and 4 premium cabins, a ​restaurant, a wellness center, and a reception. The cabins will be adapted ​to the topography through an organic and decentralized design, respecting ​the land and its vegetation as much as possible.

The resort seeks a balance between modernity and sustainability, ​focusing on efficiency and minimal environmental impact.

Les Cabanes was designed from the point of view of the 2030 agenda ​and environmental development, with the objective of optimizing natural ​resources such as solar energy through solar panels and optimal ​orientation of the architecture, as well as the collection and reuse of ​rainwater for irrigation in order to reduce carbon footprint.

The Preserve South Beach is a Class A office building that celebrates ​the rich architectural history of Miami's signature Art Deco style with a ​modern glass façade and luminous cantilevered overhead slabs. The lush ​landscaping throughout the paseo and fourth level breezeway is accented ​by low level garden lighting, creating a nighttime resort-like ambiance for ​both employees and pedestrians.

The lighting, paired with the architectural finishes, marries the ​company’s hospitality roots with its strong corporate culture.

Certified as LEED Gold, the corporate headquarters demonstrates a ​high-design, highly efficient lighting solution that supports program needs ​and celebrates the brand ethos.

Inspired by the creativity of the Wynwood Walls and Miami’s Wynwood ​neighborhood, 545wyn delivers nearly 300,000 square feet of creative ​Class A office and retail space. Decorative murals transform the concrete ​parking garage, revealed after dusk with linear up lighting, while the lobby ​mural installation is complemented by sleek decorative linear fixtures and ​track lighting for rotating art exhibits.

Curated amenities throughout the building, including a 18,000 square ​foot private outdoor deck and 14,000 square foot amenity floor with gym, ​lounge, and bar, evoke the spirit of the industrial art scene. Direct and ​indirect lighting solutions, paired with accent lights for artwork and an ​illuminated bar, provide a high-end hospitality feel. Unique 970 sq ft custom modern cabana, located at the property of 19 ​Whispering Pine Trail in Toronto, transforming house backyard into a ​luxurious space with superior functionality, comfort and modern ​aesthetics.

The cabana includes all the luxuries of indoors; Kitchen, bar, bathroom, ​living room and dining room but with an open air experience.
